With a PhD in Medical Biology from Leiden University and over 25 years in Life Sciences, my career spans Clinical Development, Drug Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Information Systems.

I have led diverse, global teams and built a strong record in drug development, organizational change, and process optimization.

About MG Life Science

In 2017, I founded MG Life Science to help Life Science professionals create more impact through effective leadership and high-performing teams.

My mission is to make coaching accessible to individuals at all levels, empowering them to lead collaboratively and drive meaningful outcomes for patients and families.

About my coaching

As a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach, I work with Life Science professionals to break through barriers that limit their potential. By providing insights into preferred personality styles (using DISC and other assessments) and helping identify and shift limiting mindsets, I support clients in developing productive, lasting behavioral changes.

As a certified Team Coach, I help teams overcome limiting dynamics, using powerful interventions to restore energy and momentum.

As certified Trainer, I design and facilitate workshops where I share my experience and expertise on optimizing communication and collaboration, all drawn from years of leadership in Life Sciences.

About my consultancy

As an independent consultant, I support Life Science organizations with Drug Development and Clinical Project Management, establish Project Management Offices (PMO), and lead process improvement and organizational change initiatives.

As a partner of Phraktion, I have access to a network of senior experts, allowing us to collaboratively tackle complex assignments.
