Product development can be done faster and at lower costs when Life Science organizations with primarily scientific and technical experts, invest in improving communication and teamwork. Of course this will benefit the organization itself, but certainly will also benefit the patients. In addition, it helps to control the rising costs of healthcare. All of this motivates me to make my broad knowledge and experience available to growing Life Science start-up organizations, new managers and ambitious professionals who want to accelere the development of new medicines, treatments and products.
