Start-ups develop great scientific ideas and, when successful, undergo extensive growth over a short period of time. However, the people who have developed the product, technology or service, may not have the background, experience or focus to deal with the challenges of a growing organization.

How do we start?
First, we will interview a limited number of management team members and/or employees (F2F or virtual) to understand the organization’s goals and challenges. Based on this information, we design a program to overcome these challenges/obstacles.
What happens next?
Depending on the challenges, the program can contain one or more of the following elements:

- Consultancy/advise on project management, portfolio management and prioritization methods and tools
